CONCEPT: As he says: “I have always painted on all types of surfaces, papers, canvases, walls, clothes, cars, toys and now also skateboards... Using different surfaces is very fun and above all, it gives you the possibility to reach a different kind of public. I like to paint skateboards because this surface is always painted and with designs and people do not worry if it is art or not what is painted on the surface, they just want nice and cool skateboards. I want to make punk, hooligan and cool art, I'm a fan and my goal is to enjoy and have people enjoy my art. I also like to intervene the walls where I expose my works... my art has to transform the spaces where it is and transform the people who see and enjoy it”

BIOGRAPHY: Judas Arrieta is one of the most renowned Spanish artists of his generation. He grew up with the videos of Kung-fu and other Asian popular culture that are the main influences on his work, which is present in many Spanish public collections and has been exhibited widely in Europe and Asia. The artist lives and works in Beijing and Spain since 2005.
