This “Tom” exists with an energy that borders on vital madness.

His yellow eyes, intense yet strangely empty, do not seem to look. They seem to glow from within. And in that glow, there is a kind of happy, hypnotic madness. There is street energy here. There is twisted humor. There is a direct presence, almost wild.

Célipe Perroloco does not use the character to repeat what we already know. He displaces it through a free and expressive aesthetic, turning it into a creature that feels more intense, more uncomfortable, more alive.

This work belongs to the Corrupted Pop line, where recognizable icons of popular culture stop behaving like clean or domesticated figures and begin to reveal something darker, more visceral, and closer to our own contradictions.
