Where is the store based?

Are you a typical store or gallery?
Not quite. We’re a Collective of artists, driven by our quirks, tastes, and passion for creativity. Many of the pieces we offer are showcased in our own gallery space, where we carefully curate exhibitions to make art come alive and interact in inspiring ways.
Some works, however, are not physically with us—they come from artists and brands we admire, many based in other parts of the world. Whether we’ve collaborated with them, deeply appreciate their work, or simply believe in what they do, we’re committed to supporting their vision.
Everything we earn from sales and promotions is reinvested into what we love: producing new collections, acquiring fresh pieces, organizing exhibitions, and continuing to create and share art in meaningful ways. This is more than business for us—it’s our passion, our purpose, and our way of life.

Do you always get everything right, or do you make mistakes?
The truth is, we’re not perfect—we’ve made mistakes along the way. But we always strive to learn from them, correct what we can, and do better next time. While we can’t promise perfection, we can promise effort, honesty, and a genuine commitment to improve.
If you ever need to reach us, we’re here for you. You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or even by phone. While our spoken English isn’t perfect (we try!), written communication is much easier for us—especially with translation tools to bridge any language gap. So don’t hesitate to get in touch in whichever language works best for you!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
As an artistic Collective, we proudly serve collectors worldwide. While most of our artworks are shipped from Spain, we also collaborate with artists and organize exhibitions in various countries, enabling us to ship from multiple locations. And we will always indicate when you make the purchase where your product will be sent from. Each piece we offer is a story in itself, often born from partnerships with creators we deeply admire. To ensure transparency, the product descriptions or SHIPPING NOTES always specify the shipping origin. Wherever you are, our mission is to connect you with the art you love, seamlessly and globally.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is on its way, delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. For international shipments, the usual timeframe is approximately 1 to 2 weeks, although this can extend if your package is held at Customs. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, Customs clearance is occasionally required, which may lead to additional transit time. Rest assured, though—we’re here to help track and resolve any delays should they arise! In general, when shipments are made within the European Union, packages arrive quickly. Also to America from Europe. And a similar time to Asia and Australia. But the fact is that we will always look for the best, most economical and fastest option of all those offered to us.

Do we confirm the shipping address and that the payment has been made correctly?
Absolutely. Almost always within 24 hours of your purchase, you’ll receive a personalized confirmation message from us, verifying both the shipping address and payment details. We prioritize clear communication, ensuring your order is set up accurately for a smooth delivery experience. So don’t worry if you have doubts about whether you entered your details correctly, or if you have correctly indicated what you want...we will always confirm it with you.

Are packages sent with tracking number?
Yes, we will always provide you with the shipping number of the package and the link to check the shipment.

What postal service do we use?
The artworks that are sent from Spain: we always use the state postal and parcel service Operator named CORREOS https://www.correos.es that will provide us with a tracking number that we will give you, because all shipments are certified.
The artworks sent by different artists we work with around the world: They will always use the cheapest and safest. And they will always provide us with a tracking number and a link to make inquiries. And that number and the link we will provide it to you.

Absolutely—just let us know your preferences, and we’ll make it happen!
As mentioned before, we typically use Spain’s national postal service (CORREOS), which reliably ships worldwide. When artworks are shipped directly by artists from their home countries, they also use trusted carriers, always providing a tracking number for peace of mind.
