A strange character. A huge smile. Two hands. Four feet. Célipe Perroloco builds here a surrealist character prepared to run, respond, arrive, produce, move, decide.
An apparently absurd creature, but too close to our own way of living.

The huge smile, the nervous strokes and the electric colors reinforce a sense of urgency, an internal vibration that seems to run through the entire figure. Everything seems pushed by an accelerated energy.
The eyes, immersed in a kind of haze, do not look clearly. They seem wrapped in mental noise, in that very contemporary feeling of wanting to reach everything, respond to everything, hold everything together… even though we only have two hands.

The work combines black humor, tenderness and surrealism to speak about that daily tension: smiling while we are trapped in our own multiplicity.
