He literally pulls its pants down and breaks the impeccable image that seemed designed never to fail.

By exposing it like this, Moi Martos punctures the idea of perfection that surrounds it. He makes it more absurd, more vulnerable, and, because of that, more human. That is one of the keys to the “Shameless” series: turning shame into a visual language. The lowered pants are not just a mischievous gesture, but a way of speaking about identity and exhibition.

Moi Martos is a multidisciplinary Spanish artist, tattooist, illustrator, and sculptor, trained at the Professional Drawing School in Madrid. His work moves between the reinterpretation of pop culture, digital illustration, urban pulse, and a refined technique that allows him to take recognizable characters and familiar visual codes into stranger, more uncomfortable, and more personal territories.
