Dhani Barragán reconfigures him as part of his Deconstructed Pop series, where icons of global visual culture are treated as worn-out plush toys: watched, touched, desired, consumed… until they collapse.

Dhani Barragán is an artist trained in Fine Arts at the University of Seville. His work moves across painting, illustration, and Art Toys, with a language close to Neo Pop, manga culture, and the visual icons of popular culture.
He does not simply reproduce familiar references: he fragments and transforms them to explore visual memory, identity, and the consumption of images. His work also touches on Pop Surrealism, mixing the familiar with the strange, the playful with the unsettling.
His work has been shown in various galleries and platforms connected to contemporary art, illustration, and the Art Toy universe.
