About the Artist:
Under the name Naosourita, artist Joana Nogueira (Moledo do Miño, 1988) hides her creative universe. She has been living in Porto since 2012, where she has her ceramics studio. She studied Fine Arts and earned a Master’s in Illustration and Animation in Portugal. Since childhood, she dreamed of making a living from her art, and today she is a ceramic artist and animation director, obsessed with bringing imaginary figures to life that reflect her childhood and inner world.

She has been working with ceramics since 2016 and enjoys connecting with the public through her pieces. Among her milestones are the opening of her studio in Porto, her first animated short film, and her recent exhibition at Maison et Objet in Paris.
