From that premise comes Simitçiİ, the second art toy by Tuka Art Studio: Şevval (2D/3D design & concept artist) and Akın (sculpt & production artist), two artists who transform cultural rituals and everyday figures into story-carrying characters with memory.

With this piece, their universe grows: a line of characters where the everyday becomes collectible, with recognizable cultural references and a distinct sculptural language.

About the Artist:
Şevval and Akın met as sculpture students at the Faculty of Fine Arts and, since then, have built not only a shared creative practice, but a joint project that led them to create "Tuka Art Studio". Through character design and sculptural form, they reinterpret familiar objects and archetypes from a contemporary perspective, bringing to life characters that carry story: presences that do not simply represent, but activate memory.

They work in limited editions, embracing the subtle variations that emerge through hand-finishing and carefully controlled production. Each piece begins with an observation and takes shape through a process that combines sketching, digital modeling, and production.
